  1. Can I track the delivery of my order?

    Yes of course! We will be sending your purchases via DHL eCommerce and after the shipment is sent out, we will drop you an email. However, tracking link will only be provided if the total order is more than USD 20.00.

  2. How long does the delivery take?

    Upon receiving the order, we will take 2 – 3 working days to process the orders before shipping out. The delivery from DHL eCommerce may take from 6 – 18 working days depending on the destination country.

  3. Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

    We are sorry to say there will not be any cancellation or refund after the items have been shipped. However you realized that you have ordered the wrong item, please let us know within 1 – 2 working days and we will try our best to assist you! You can send us an email to support@day-lightstudios.com.

  4. I’m missing an item from my order. What do I do?

    We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if your items will arrive separately.
